The Mummy (2025)

In the upcoming The Mummy (2025), the action-packed adventure continues as an ancient evil reawakens. Set years after the events of the previous film, the storyline takes us deep into forgotten tombs beneath the sands of Egypt, where a new Mummy—Aziza, the long-lost daughter of an ancient pharaoh—has been accidentally awakened by an expedition team. Aziza is a terrifying force with the power to control the elements, bringing with her a new wave of terror as she seeks to reclaim her rightful place on the throne.
Nick Morton (Tom Cruise), who had survived the horrors of the first Mummy’s resurrection, is once again drawn into a deadly fight against the supernatural. But this time, the stakes are higher, as an ancient curse threatens not only humanity but the fabric of time itself. As Nick embarks on a new quest to stop Aziza, he teams up with a mysterious archaeologist, Isla (Sophia Boutella), whose knowledge of ancient magic and relics proves to be the key to stopping Aziza’s reign of terror.
Meanwhile, Dr. Henry Jekyll (Russell Crowe), now a key figure in the covert organization known as Prodigium, is pulled back into the fray. With the fate of the world hanging in the balance, alliances are tested, and ancient gods are brought back to life in a race against time.
The film promises to blend heart-stopping action, rich historical mythology, and supernatural horror, all while deepening the shared universe of the Dark Universe.
